We then began crafting our vision through the selections and the layout. The homeowners already have a keen sense of style so there was certainly some pressure to impress there. The sellers for this home found us by touring another property that we had staged. They reached out and worked with us early on to help prepare for this home’s listing. We are so fortunate to have them as clients and to have been able to help them with their home. They had some really amazing pieces to work with and we were able to source everything else we needed and get it installed in time for their photo shoot. We just love this modern transitional home in the Star Trail neighborhood of Prosper. This exceptional home boasts a large open concept living area with indoor outdoor living. When the large sliding patio doors are open, the lines between indoor and outdoor living are blurred. I rarely lead with the exterior shot and I rarely share so many photos. However; this may be one of the coolest and most unique homes I have been privileged enough to stage. This homeowner had reached out to us to help her prepared her custom home for market while the couples new home was being built. We toured the home and began to prepare a plan of what needed to move where, and what to add in order to preserve the artistic vibe and also celebrate the Spanish influence in the architecture. It is our favorite task, blending old with new and accentuating a private collection of art. We are thrilled with the results and the home did have a successful sale.
