This sprawling estate was mostly furnished. We actually did some scale reductions to increase the illusion of space. The client had some truly impressive finishes so sticking to mostly white additions was hugely helpful in increasing buyer appeal. Luxury properties like these can sit a little longer on the market due to the pricepoint. Not this beauty, she had multiple offers in a mere matter of weeks.
