We serve clients throughout Plano, Dallas, Frisco, McKinney, Prosper, North Dallas and surrounding Dallas–Fort Worth communities.
Interior design pricing depends on the size of the project, the scope of work and the level of involvement needed. We provide customized proposals based on each client’s project.
Home staging costs vary depending on the size of the home, whether the property is vacant or occupied (We actually do not provide large discounts for occupied homes because we will need to move large, existing furnishings around the home, often upstairs and downstairs. There is also additional labor, liability, and carpet and wall impressions left behind from pieces that have been in place for a long period of time), the number of rooms being staged and the length of the staging period.
Professional staging can help buyers better understand the scale, layout and potential of a home while creating a stronger first impression in listing photos and showings. (Home Staging, as opposed to virtual staging, builds trust with the listing and creates a visceral experience that leaves an impact on the potential buyer that is much more difficult to forget than blank spaces. In addition, properly scaled furnishings can emphasize the amount of living space in the home. Vacant homes can often feel smaller.)
For most homes (3k sq ft) we need 3 full days to stage, but this will depend greatly on the scope. Larger homes can take a little longer, and smaller homes take less time, Timing depends on the size of the property and the scope of staging, but we work closely with homeowners and Realtors to coordinate staging around photography and listing dates.
