I rarely lead with the exterior shot and I rarely share so many photos. However; this may be one of the coolest and most unique homes I have been privileged enough to stage. This homeowner had reached out to us to help her prepared her custom home for market while the couples new home was being built. We toured the home and began to prepare a plan of what needed to move where, and what to add in order to preserve the artistic vibe and also celebrate the Spanish influence in the architecture. It is our favorite task, blending old with new and accentuating a private collection of art. We are thrilled with the results and the home did have a successful sale. We would like to thank the home owners, who are now lovely friends, the realtor who was just on top of her game from the beginning, and the photographer, Patrick Flores, who took these amazing images.
